Red Raspberry Leaf or Rubus idaeus is a deciduous plant and has a history of being used in indigenous medicine. It has a light berry scent when burned.

Damiana Leaf has a history of being used to relieve anxiety, nervousness, and mild depression, especially if these symptoms have a sexual component. The herb has also been used as a general tonic to improve wellness.

Red Rose Petals have recorded use as early as the 1st century CE. Pliny the Elder recorded thirty-two different medicinal uses of the rose. The scent of rose petals have inspired countless authors and poets.

Peppermint Leaf has a history of being used for the common cold, cough, inflammation of the mouth and throat, sinus infections, and respiratory infections. It is also used for digestive problems including heartburn, nausea, vomiting, morning sickness, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), cramps of the upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract and bile ducts, upset stomach, diarrhea, bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine, and gas.*
